Privacy note

This app keeps a training record for each staff member: your name, sign-in email, module acknowledgements, reflections, test attempts (answers, score, version, time), manager reviews and practical observations.

• You can only see your own record. Managers and admins of your organisation can see records for their organisation only. There is no public staff directory.
• Times and scores are set by the server. Test attempts cannot be edited or deleted.
• Never include client names, addresses, health details or any identifying information in reflections.
• If you sign up without approval, only your name, email and pending request are stored until a manager decides.
• Your organisation sets how long records are retained (shown in Local setup). Key actions are recorded in an audit trail.
• The large-text preference is saved in your browser only. Your learning record is not stored in your browser.
• Contact your registered manager for access, correction or deletion requests.
